Ingredients
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
