Decadent Raspberry Ganache Drip Cake
This indulgent drip cake features layers of moist vanilla sponge, filled with fresh raspberry compote and frosted with rich chocolate ganache. The stunning ganache drip adds a touch of elegance, making it perfect for celebrations.

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
