Delicate Coconut Lime Baby Shower Cake

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in coconut milk, vanilla extract, and lime zest.
