- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 cups Buttercream frosting
- 2 pounds fondant
- various food coloring
- optional edible glitter
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
