Fresh Berry Naked Cake
A delightful naked cake layered with fluffy vanilla sponge and filled with a medley of fresh seasonal berries. Topped with a light whipped cream frosting, this cake is perfect for any celebration, showcasing the natural beauty of its ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly between two greased 9-inch round cake pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
