- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries)
- 1 graduation topper

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Gradually stir in boiling water until well combined.
