Garden Bloom Multi-Tier Cake

Ingredients
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 3 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups Buttercream frosting
- as needed for decoration edible flowers
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

Divide the batter evenly into three greased and floured cake pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
