Ginger Peach Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups Fresh peaches, diced
- 3 large Eggs

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
