Harvest Moon Multi-Tier Cake

- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the pumpkin puree and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
