Hazelnut Mocha Photo Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup hazelnut cream
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 edible photo print
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Carefully stir in the hot water until the batter is smooth. The batter will be thin.

Pour the batter evenly into two greased 9-inch round cake pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, combine the hazelnut cream and whipped cream. Mix until smooth and fluffy.

Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of hazelnut frosting on top. Place the second layer on top and frost the top and sides of the cake.
