Kesar Pista Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Saffron strands
- 1/2 cup Pistachios, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Soak the saffron strands in 2 tablespoons of warm milk for about 10 minutes.
