Lavender Honey Multi-Tier Cake
This stunning multi-tier cake features layers of delicate lavender-infused sponge, complemented by a rich honey buttercream. Each tier is adorned with edible flowers and a drizzle of honey, creating a beautiful centerpiece for any celebration.

Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons lavender buds
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup honey
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- for decoration edible flowers
Instructions

Step 1:
In a small saucepan, combine milk and lavender buds. Heat over low heat until warm, then remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the lavender-infused milk and vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among prepared cake pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and honey, mixing until smooth and fluffy.
