Lemon Meringue Pull-Me Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream the butter and then add eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
