Maple Pecan Coffee Cake
This Maple Pecan Coffee Cake features a moist, tender crumb infused with rich maple syrup and topped with a crunchy pecan streusel. Perfect for brunch or an afternoon treat, it pairs beautifully with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup, softened unsalted butter
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the maple syrup.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create the streusel topping.

Pour half of the batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan, sprinkle half of the streusel on top, then add the remaining batter and top with the remaining streusel.
