Matcha Green Tea and White Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon additional matcha powder for frosting
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
