Mocha Hazelnut Buttercream Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- 1 cup hazelnut spread
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the hot coffee until the batter is smooth.

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Mix in the hazelnut spread and heavy cream until well combined.
