- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
-
Step 2:
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool while preparing the filling.

Step 3:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined.

Step 4:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
-
Step 5:
Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
-
Step 6:
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving. Remove from the springform pan and serve plain or with your favorite fruit topping.
