Orange Creamsicle Filled Cupcakes

Ingredients

- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 2 large Eggs

- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream the butter until smooth, then add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
