Pistachio and Orange Blossom Cake
This Italian-inspired cake combines the rich flavor of pistachios with the delicate aroma of orange blossom. Ingredients
- 1 cup pistachios, shelled
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest

In a food processor, blend the shelled pistachios until finely ground.
