- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large Eggs

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, espresso powder, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just incorporated.
