Rustic Berry Bliss Naked Cake
This Naked Cake features layers of moist vanilla sponge filled with a medley of fresh berries and lightly whipped cream. Topped with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and adorned with seasonal fruits, it offers a delightful balance of sweetness and tartness, perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- as needed seasonal fruits for decoration
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
