- 200g ground almonds
- 150g honey
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- a pinch salt
- 50g, melted butter

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and honey until well combined.
