Tropical Citrus and Berry Fusion Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon zest of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon zest of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
