Tropical Mango Passionfruit Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup ripe mango, pureed
- 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the mango puree, passionfruit pulp, and vanilla extract.
