Tropical Paradise Multi-Tier Cake

- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup passion fruit puree
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

In another bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in coconut milk and crushed pineapple.
