- 2 teaspoons Baking powder

- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup ripe pineapple, crushed
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In another bowl, mix the crushed pineapple, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
