Vanilla Bean Classic Cheesecake
This Vanilla Bean Classic Cheesecake features a smooth and creamy filling made with real vanilla beans, set atop a buttery graham cracker crust. Perfectly balanced in flavor, this cheesecake is a timeless dessert that can be enjoyed on any occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 Vanilla beans, scraped
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Mix until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the remaining sugar, sour cream, and the scraped vanilla beans. Mix until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined.
