Vanilla Bean Infusion Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 whole vanilla bean
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean and add to the mixture. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
