Vanilla Chiffon Delight Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, water, vanilla extract, and egg yolks until well combined.

In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter until no white streaks remain.
