- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- for dusting powdered sugar
