Bake the Cake

Divide the batter evenly between two greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
